Rakaizna Limited Company stands as one of the pioneering construction contracting companies located in the Eastern Province of Saudi Arabia. It was founded in 1989 by Mr. Subaih Ali Al-Marri, the company’s President, on the outskirts of Al-Ahsa City.

Initially, our construction activities in 1989 focused on housing projects in collaboration with major private organizations in and around the Al Ahsa area. Subsequently, from 1992 to 2006, we operated as a sub-contractor, undertaking site preparation, civil works, and serving as a significant supplier of rental equipment, manpower, water (both sweet and raw), diesel, benzene, and other materials. We worked alongside esteemed companies such as Westerngeco, Pool Arabia, Schlumberger, CCC, GAMA, CCE, and Al Joaib Company, contributing to the construction and development of Saudi Aramco Gas Plants in SHAYBAH, Hawiyah, and HARADH areas.

 Our collaboration with these prominent companies and involvement in large-scale projects, particularly with Saudi Aramco, spanning over 14 years, played a crucial role in securing our first short-term contract with Saudi Aramco. In June 2006, we signed a contract to construct four Oil Well Sites in the Khurais area, completing them within a remarkable timeframe of three months. Impressed by our performance, Saudi Aramco awarded us another short-term contract in September 2006 to construct an additional six Oil Well Sites in the Khurais Area.

On January 13, 2007, we achieved a significant milestone by signing our first three-year contract with Saudi Aramco’s Drilling and Workover Services Department as the main contractor for the project titled “Preparation of Wellsites & Access Roads.” During this initial contract, we received two awards from Saudi Aramco in recognition of our excellent performance and active participation.

To date, we have successfully completed three consecutive contracts with Saudi Aramco, spanning from 2007 to 2019. Throughout this period, we have undertaken numerous projects, including the construction of gas, oil, and water well locations, air strip construction, workover and clean-up jobs for gas, oil, and water well locations, as well as skid road construction, repair, and maintenance. Additionally, we have provided Saudi Aramco and their vendors with rental equipment, manpower, water (both sweet and raw), diesel, benzene, and other essential materials.
